Fire drill for Bangunan AmBank

Today our building had a fire drill. We had been informed since last 2 weeks. This morning a indian lady come in and remind us again. When we hear any announcement or bell ringing, we need to take our valuable belongings and follow our fire warden to a safety place which is located outside our building. No one of us can take lift during the practice. So we had to go down by stairs. Luckily our office is at 11th floor only.

When we reach to the entrance of the building, there is already few bomba car waiting outside the building.

 On the way to the safety place which already indicated the floor that we belongs to.

 We belong to "Tingkat 11".

Peoples just stand there, chatting and wait for the Fire Warden to take our name for checking purposes.

After the bomba check our building, and finish checking our name. We gathering at the entrance of the building. The Chief bomba give speech to us explain to us why this practice is important. Because the practice had been told since last few weeks and some people already when when they will come today. So, the Chief bomba is not happy, in his speech he said (very funny):

"Why there are over hundreds of people waiting at the safety area before we reach here? Do you know that this practice is VERY IMPORTANT, VERY IMPORTANT, VERY IMPORTANT! I said very important 3 times. Because it is really important. Hope you all understand."

After the speech, all the staffs rushing back to their office. Who said malaysian are lazy? This is the proofs.(Actually they feel very hot standing outside. So, need to get back office enjoy the air-cond... he he...)

Due to lots of people taking lift back to their office, we need to wait long to for our turn. Suddenly my boss suggest that we go up by stair. So, we said ok and straight away go to the staircase. Actually my boss is only joking. Since one of my collaugue-Vincent already start walking. So, we follow loh.

After reach our office, my boss still can tahan. But when we suggest to go Lot 10 for lunch today, he said don't want cause his leg very tired and pain. Ha ha ha.... So we had our lunch today near by only.
